~1 lb Ground Beef
~1/2 lb Penne/Rotini Noodles
~1 can Mixed Veggies
~1 can Pinto Beans
~1 can Fire Roasted Tomatoes
~2 cans Tomato Sauce
~ Brown the ground beef in a skillet. Strain.
~ Boil the pasta in a large pot. Strain.
~ When both are done, add ground beef to pasta, as well as, canned items.
~ Let everything simmer, while adding seasoning to taste. Traditionally there is paprika, you can also add meat seasoning, salt, pepper, etc.
~ Serve over mashed potatoes.
